In the mighty done there was to much snow
So off to joyride the cupcakes they did go
But in the valley were two men with no fear
On thier trusty steel steads with only one gear
Lights ablaze, pedals cranking enjoying natures show

    Great ride thanks Allen

Careful. The last guy who recited poetry around here got a knock at the door in the wee hours of the evening from a Mr Lee E. Dyson with a jar of vaseline in one hand and a guide to Japanese Erotism in the other.

Wasn’t the last guy to recite poetry around here Lee E Dyson?

This is so confusing it almost makes sense.

Looks like it’ll be cold on Tuesday. I’ve got my jump bike ready…Joyride Tuesday?

Too cold? Never. But too snowy, maybe. Might even be too snowy to be worth trying to drive to Joyride if the weather predictions are correct. How about the Tuesday ride on MONDAY? Tonight! Trails or Joyride – I must ride. Post up!

Looks like the big snow won’t come before midnight. Any takers for 7 pm at Loblaws?

Realistically, the only additional gear you’ll need for tonight are the A’ME Heated Bike Grips (via bikesnobnyc).

If those were real I just might buy them.

The pogies-mandated death grip is getting old.

Anyone know if the trails are sufficiently melted for some real riding tonight?

Nope, I rode the paved yesterday and it’s a mess.

Riding the Taylor Creek paved was a blast, it still has a ton of snow and bumpy ice.
