Any thoughts on what the conditions will be like tomorrow at Turkey Point? Would the trails have sucked up all that rain?

Yeah, should be golden. One day of sun is all it takes there.

SCMBC Groomer was put away for another year this weekend.
Now we wait for lots of snow to melt.
Dirt in a couple of weeks … and new builds.

aded to Turkey Point. It was so worth it. Conditions were better than summer, when it can sometimes be too dry. Today was nice and tacky, no mud, no ruts. I was shocked that they had already removed all the trees that had fallen during the last windstorm. There must have been

    Of course!

Dufferin was PERFECT today. There was one spot of mud near the parking lot and one other turn with some mysterious ice in it further down Ken’s Trail somewhere.

It was absolutely dry back there and great conditions. The parking lot was completely full! I counted 20+ cars when we rolled onto the trails. Though, some dudes out there need to remember that uphill riders should have the right of way…I don’t mind pulling off, but at least give a little room if you’re coming down a trail with 10 riders following you.

Left the city in the pouring rain this morning and rolled the dice on Puslinch. Based on my last ride there and these last two days of sun I felt it could be good, and it was. Conditions were primo in fact. 100% good to go with perfectly tacky soil.

Was ideal conditions to break out the Hans Dampfs.

Best part of the day was running into and finishing the ride with my good bud @abraham So good!

Durham forest is still wet and muddy. The snow we got last week didn’t help anything.

    Hey @jhop

I’d suggest Turkey Point, Puslinch or Dufferin Forest.

I’m in Barbados so not sure what the weather is doing up there. Use guidelines shared above .

Spring conditions here are primo 🙂

Wow, Barbados looks to have ON options beat on all fronts!

Puslinch about half the distance compared to turkey point so aiming for there….fingers crossed weather holds and can get first dirt run of year in tomorrow.

    Thanks for the recommendations

Dagmar, Durham Forest and EDH (Glen Major, Walker Woods) are all good to go.
Terry reports that there is very little damage due to people using the trails early.

My stomping grounds, Harold Town in Ptbo are good to go. Officially closed but in great shape.
