Skid Viscous and I are planning a series of rides over the next few weeks to get the trails in shiptop shape for the TORBA Humber Social Ride on May 25th. If you’re down for riding and a little trail work post up.

Usually we start around 8pm on a weekday, the specific day of the week flexes depending on weather and home/work commitments.

    Cheers,
    Graham

Great idea Graham! Would be good to get to know the trails a little better around there as well.

    Count me in.

I really look forward to this ride, had a great time last year. It’s also a wonderful introduction to the lower humber if you never been in the area.

I’m game to get out for this, though I don’t have lights to ride at night. Are there any daylight sessions at all?

I’m in the same boat as Dean. I could likely get us some light though if I asked nice 🙂

Three kids = riding after bed time, making lights needed, best to score something pretty please Marc.

Am thinking tomorrow or Wednesday night, tomorrow the weather looks better. Who’s up? Tuesday, 7:30 at Old Mill Bridge.

Cleared for take-off. 7:30 tomorrow night at the Old Mill Bridge? Riding, working or both?

Couldn’t agree more with the post bedtime rides. Seems like midday rides are a thing of a bygone era.

Both, ride and we’ll mainly just need to trim/saw small bits. Bring hand tools, I’ll have a folding saw and shears.

Folding saw packed (actually it always is).

Since we are ‘working’ I will also bring some refreshments being that we may find ourselves parched.

I got some nightrider minewts collecting dust if anyone is desperate for lights. plenty strong for the humber and decent burn time.
