Another perk for being a DMBA member. You could win a Norco Bigfoot fat bike.

As an incentive this year to get more volunteers out grooming trails, the DMBA is giving away a Norco Bigfoot fat bike that the really cool people at Live To Play Sports (Norco Bicycles) donated on behalf of the local Norco dealers. To win this bike you need to be a DMBA member and every time that you come out to help groom the trails you will get one ticket on the bike. So the more times you come out the more chances you get to win the bike.

And if that is not enough to get you out, Elie Riviere, owner of Cycle Life in Pickering is donating a winter riding helmet to go on the head of the lucky Bigfoot winner.

Grooming is done by snowshoeing the single track or for individuals looking to get a really good cardio workout, by pulling a set of tires while snowshoeing the single track. The tires and harness are supplied. The only things you need to supply are the snowshoes and a light as most of the grooming is done at night.

In the mean time the Bigfoot is available to demo all winter long for DMBA members.
