I am a fan of the Specialized design, though it is one of the heavier options. The locking collet design on the Specialized will always give you a choice of which saddle height to use, even if the pneumatic assembly fails. You just have to move the saddle position by hand. The idea of sitting on a hydraulic lockout makes me weary.
